Welcome

WELCOME to the website of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church.  We covet your interest.  May the grace of our Savior, Jesus Christ, be with you always.  "O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, and His mercy endures forever."  Psalms 118:1

All of us here at Zion Lutheran Church wish you a very happy and blessed
New Year!  First time at Zion or maybe even any church at all?  We're glad you're here.  If you're wondering what to expect here at Zion:

* A warm welcome from our greeters as you enter

* Two services every Sunday at 8:00am, and 10:30am, each about an hour

* A cup of joe in the morning between services downstairs if you'd like

* Several different classes available between services (Romans, The Prophets, and Apologetics for adults, and Sunday School for ages 2 through High School as well).  Classes are at 9:15am, please join us!

* You'll get a bulletin from one of our ushers as you walk in the santuary--It lists our liturgy, or order of service, found in your service book for the day.

* Passages from the Bible are read aloud

* Pastor leads us together in prayer, and your special prayer requests are always welcome.  You can give them to an elder, or usher when you come in.

*In closing, we sing a final hymn together, and file out in turn, to be greeted personally by the Pastor.

* Always feel free to bring friends and family any time you join us here at Zion.

* While you're here on our site, be sure and check out some of the buttons over to your left such as Ministries, Sermons, Apologetics, Ask the Pastor, and FAQ.  We always welcome your questions here on the site, or during your visit at the church.

Enjoy the site, and may our Lord bless you and yours in 2010!
